Appointments
Appointments are not always necessary and we will try to accommodate the unexpected if at all possible. We ask that you allow enough time for your hairdressing or beauty appointment so that we can talk through your ideas, record your details and offer you refreshment and the opportunity to relax. To make an appointment call 01524 843434.
There is a 20% booking fee for all new clients on your first appointment that will be put on your account and this will be taken off your bill.
Cancellations
Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice or your booking fee will be taken.
